Yes I think the Skaal Village is to small to be showed on the map. Yes its Jehanna/Jehenna sry ^^ not the only one mistake ^^ don' know why i wrote it false. I actualy used the official map of this game 'collector' edition do draw Yokuda. And according to some devlopment texts from the game 'The Elder Scrolls Adventures : Redguard' (Lord Vivec's Sword-Meeting With Cyrus the Restless), Cyrus travel to Yokuda in ~2E 864 and already meet inhabitants. I remember in TES IV that some citizen of anvil will say that there is still comercial trade with islands on Yokuda. Yokuda was entirly ravaged by a cataclysm (kind of tsunami) in 1E 792 and the most part of the lands are now under the see but there still islands. By the way Solstheim in 4E 201 (Skyrim DLC Dragonborn) is under Dunmer control (house Redoran) and there is no trace of any imperial authority on the island.

The Dunmer are a strong nationalists so its hard to imagine how the Empire still rules Morrowind after 3E 433. Furthermore, the Hllaalu house, main ally from the Empire, House of the Kings of Morrowind (for exemple Helseth), no more exist since the Oblivion crysis. And yes Elsweyr is now divided into Anequina and Pellitine.Ĭoncerning Morrowind I can't remember any clear mention about the relation between Morrowind and the Empire and about any independance (in the games and in the books) but its know that the Empire 'leave' Morrowind durring the oblivion crysis and that the Dunmer were left alone to deal with it and with the Argonian invasion soon after at the begining of the 4th Era. It is my own interpretation after many hours playing the Elder Scrolls Games and DLCs, and using all official information on the web, and using some imagination too ^^ In other color : Red for Yokuda, partially populated with Redguards, and grey for the devasted lands of Vvardenfell
